The Vienna Chamber of Labor is a unique institution in Austria. It represents the rights of employees in an uncomplicated manner. Over several years, the film follows counseling sessions, team meetings, and preparations for the chamber’s 100^th anniversary. With the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, new challenges suddenly arise.

Is it true that if you don’t have money, you can’t take legal action? Not at all! For over 100 years, Vienna’s Chamber of Labour has defended the rights of the working class in court. In 2020, it won around 5.5 million Euros in compensation and, in doing so, reduced costs to the welfare state. A fascinating film about support organised in a meaningful way and standards of diversity and inclusion in action.
